You Ready? So, are you ready to sell? Do you have effective ad copy that you can run every day? Has your effective ad copy become stale from being used so many times in the same places? Do you test your ads to find out which ones are pulling in the best response? Do you continue to search for new places and ways to advertise your offer? Do you know what free publicity means online and are you using it? Are you following up with all serious leads and/or downlines? If you answered yes to most of those questions, you are ready! Go out there and make it an awesome year! If you answered no to most of those questions, you really need to get focused. If you are serious about your online business, you must make a serious committment to do the work necessary to make it successful. There is not short cut. Assuming you have an awesome product and a good web site, here is what you need to do: Step 1 Write some ad copy. I don't mean one ad, I mean a whole bunch of ads. Ads that sing the truest and best benefits of your product. Step 2 Test your ads. This is vital and will save you the trouble of placing ad after ad that is just not doing it's job. Step 3 Put your best ad copy everywhere you can think of, starting of course with free advertising methods to further test them before you spend your hard earned cash. Step 4 Actively look for and use free publicity. (For more information on free publicity, see this Ask Cathy question.) Step 5 Actively follow up with serious leads and/or downline. It is very helpful to have several prewritten messages, such as an introductory message and several followup messages to send to these people at intervals to keep you in their mind.
