Happy Holidays!
Allow me to take this time to wish you a truly joyous holiday and a prosperous New Year.

Holiday Schedule
You may be wondering what happened to the Member Update last week. I realized, with the holidays, I would have to alter my schedule somewhat to let me to enjoy this time with my family. So, I decided to skip it last week, write to you now before the holidays and send the next update after the holidays are over. This will be the last update for 2004, look for the next one over the weekend of January 8-9.

While I won't be publishing updates during the holidays, I will still be here for Members and customers. Please continue to write to me with questions and requests for virtual assistance and copy writing services. January is the start of a new busy season and this brief holiday lull is a good time to get your sales process into shape if it's not performing the way you want. The only difference in service you will notice at this time of year is my replies may be a little slower than usual.

Tip of the Week
As the holidays approach you probably find yourself getting busier and busier with things that have nothing to do with busines. Don't worry. Check in periodically to make sure there are no problems, do only what must be done and enjoy the holidays. Your business will still be there when you come back to it and you will feel more refreshed after you've had some time off. What's the good of working at home if you can't take a little time out to make the holidays extra special. :)

My Holiday Gift to You
Those of you who listened to my recent interview will know that Joe Vitale recorded another web cast. New Resource
I love free tools that make web site work easier. By far, the most expensive part of creating an online business is the web design and even if you do it yourself, it takes so much time and revision, all those hours can be measured in terms of money. Anything we can do, as online business owners, to make this process easier and less expensive is really a blessing.

This week I've added new resource that delivers web forms for free. No need to hire someone, all you have to do is type in what kind of information you want and they will provided a form where you can send your visitors. They handle your form results too in exchange for putting an ad on your form page. And if you don't want any ads, their pro prices are very reasonable.

If you need a form to allow people to subscribe your newsletter or ask for more information, you won't find an easier or less expensive way to do it. Paid Members will find this new recommendation on their Web Sites page inside the Members' Area.

I am not immune to the pride we all feel whenever someone says, "Good Job!" You may not realize it, but ONE STOP continues to draw praise and awards from the public, customers, members, and other web sites.

Set and ACHIEVE Your Goals
As I think about the year coming to an end, I can't help but think about where I was a year ago. I even went back to the first Member Update I wrote for 2004 and found that I have achieved most of the goals I set for myself last year. Have you?

If you have trouble in this area, I strongly recommend Denise Michaels' new Power Pyramid teleclass. She'll teach you a system for setting and, more importantly, achieving goals that really works.
