Last week's Member Update is now my latest article. :)

You may be wondering what my personal sales strategy is for the coming year: I plan to make the most of free publicity.

Most of you know that free publicity is my absolute favorite way to promote my businesses. There is no better way to reach people who are particularly interested in your offer than to speak to them personally, and give them some value before they ever see your offer, than participating in forums and contributing articles to ezines and content sites.

I still plan to advertise in all the more tradition senses, but my primary focus this year will be publicity and I am already seeing the benefit.


New Recommendation
For those of you who are using or discovering publicity, I heartily recommend Ryze.com You probably read about it is USA Today, it is quickly becoming one of the largest business and networking communities online. The people are so friendly and they offer special discussion groups that focus on every different topic you can imagine. Click this link to see my personal page.

It is totally free to join, but there are some very nice perks with the Paid Membership, too. If you do join, feel free to add me, catwag, as your friend. :)

Minor Changes at ONE STOP
I have been going over the site to check that all recommendations are still as described. A few of my current recommended sites have disappeared, I removed them.

They will be replaced next week and I will be adding several new services to existing categories where there were only one or 2 now.

I don't do this often, but this week I just happen to have something that I think you will really like and you can get if for free for a limited time.

I attended a live webcast last week featuring my favorite marketing guru, Joe Vitale. It was done in conjunction with Nitro Marketing and they have graciously published the webcast for a limited time for free.
