Welcome Members!
THANK YOU We have all been there, everything is going along just fine and (wham!) an unforeseen problem suddenly crops up. My beloved pc is down. It has been down for a couple of days and will probably not be better until next week sometime. I have been through this before and it is no fun. Rest assured, I will still be available on a limited basis. Please feel free to continue emailing your comments and questions; I will get to them, but it will probably take me a little longer than what you are used to. I will not be available via instant messenger until my pc is restored. While this is very inconvenient for me, it is by no means insurmountable. We have limped along this way in the past, and I am sure (unfortunately) that we will probably have to deal with it again in the future. Business continues as usual, just a little slower.
While I am online to send this Update, I will send out email ads to several safelists. The results will have to wait until next week, but I want to continue my ad copy tests. I will send the same ad out to about 5 different lists and look for email account referrers in my stats tomorrow or the next day. Hopefully there will be a good response, but if not, I will at least know that my ad needs some work and will get right on it. Offline
- Most were casual acquaintences, but one was a salon owner who is still thinking about selling it in her store. :) I redoubled my efforts to think of new places and ways to sell it offline. The owner of the local ladies gym has agreed to hand out samples and brochures for me. I put a bunch of each into a basket that has been sitting on her reception desk since Thursday afternoon. I consider this to be the best thing I did this week. She isn't charging me anything and her customers have already demostrated an interest in wanting to look good by using her gym. Most of them are probably using several different skin care products already. I will keep you posted on this one. I gave the only medical clinic in town 10 samples and brochures for their staff to try and to hand out to patients. I also left a brochure at the only nursing home in town for their medical staff to look at. I am finding medical people to be very interested in a possible treatment for eczema and psoriasis. I have also been trying to following up with people who have been hard to reach. It's good to consider the use of adversity.
